I am wondering... How is the variance in PLO Hi/Lo...

Higher or lower than normal PLO?

I guess its lower because of the split pots but my guess can prove wrong.

      :D

I am using a 40 buy-ins bankroll for PLO and I want to know if I can use the same for PLO Hi / Lo. I know its somehow short but I follow Jeff Hwang's words on this.

It's lower, but you are facing more marginal situations where the chips go in. So that is the reason why it might actually end up being higher. I cannot give you any numbers though, since I have only played few thousands of hands of O8 - due to those marginal situations where no one folds...
