      I prefer bet/shove.
      c/r after being PFA doesnt make lots of sense, especially against what looks to be a semi-passive guy.And with a draw you wont to be the one who is shoving, not the one who is calling the shove.Therefore, for 100BB you might c/shove, but for 200 the way to go allin is bet/shove.
