      On river, you can put him allin or check in hope for him to bluff his busted draws.Doesnt really matter for 2/3 potsize bet.

      Is top pair with good kicker really enough to put him all in? Should we play the same if CO has full stack and also bets 2/3 of the pot?

      Against a midstack on such a board - yes it is.
      For 100BB I'd rather c/c or b/f river, depending on his aggression.
