How would you play the flop? Would you fold the turn?

On the flop I'd put his range on 88+, which makes me a 55% favourite. On the turn, I am only 41% to win against that range. How do I calculate my equity here? I have to call \$7.25 into a pot that is \$15.60. This would lead me to believe I need odds of something like 33% to call, which I have.

The problem is, that I think min raises are always for value. Sometimes they are to bluff, but if I weight his range to the type which would raise for value, not for protection, that leave me with AA, KK, 88 more often than the TT, JJ type hands. Even factoring a bluff into the equation, I am still too far behind to call, given implied odds.
