I make it 80-90c at the flop.

The turn bet is ok. His raise is kind of strange. l/c pre, c/c flop and c/r turn is one of the most likley lines with a pp and a flopped set. So he can probably hold 22 here. QQ/AA he would probably have raised preflop.

Maybe he has caught a straight with KJ. 35 hands isn't that much but i probably going to fold here. We havn't invested so much and because he seems to be more passive with 0,6 af so far i don't see him playing this line with many hands we have beat here.

So i fold after his c/r at the turn and wait for a better situation to get him all in.

bet more on the flop (0.9-1) .
he looks so passive so when he check raises turn he has a realy strong range . sometimes he will have at qt but most of the times i think he will show up with kj or 22 . i dont mind your line since you bet weak on the flop and maybe he overvalues his hand now but i guess you are beat some good percentage and you can find a fold
