      i would pot the river or slightly overbet the pot any ace is calling here for the chop, since the board paired.

      I would likely bet more on the flop, if he has Ax or draw he would call/raise if not then fold.
      You should play for stacks on that board and to do that you have to start bigger pot on the flop.
      My bet sizes: 1,5$ on the flop, 4$ on the turn, shove river.
      As played: once he calls 5$, he would also probably call 8$.
