Right now I believe that biohacking leads to better cognitive states. Which leads to A-Game.

I've started to follow the work of Dave Asprey a couple years ago. Haven't tried a lot of stuff.
      But some work great.
Would like to talk more about it here.
      So is anyone bullerproof here?

I don’t think I’m bulletproof. It’s tough to control your mindset all the time. I think a thread like The Quick Guide to Skyrocketing Your Poker and Life Productivity can help with this as well.

SDK1987, to clarify, I think that, by 'bulletproof' people, Gefest000 means specifically the followers of Dave Asprey's low-carb diet that includes so-called 'bulletproof coffee', which is 'a coffee drink with butter and medium-chain triglyceride derived from coconut oil'.

I believe Tim Ferriss (another famous biohacker) more than Dave Asprey, though I'm not a close follower of either, and I can't deny carbs to myself anyway because of mood issues, which means that it's easier for me to eat a slow-carb, low-fat diet than a low-carb, high-fat one. So no, I'm not bulletproof.

I don’t drink coffee at all and I don’t need a diet or something.
Otherwise there will be nothing left of me :f_wink:
