      PokerStars - 15/30 Ante 4 NL (6 max) - Holdem - 5 players
      Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

      CO: 40 BB
      BTN: 49 BB
      SB: 58.57 BB (VPIP: 38.46, PFR: 16.67, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 13)
      Hero (BB): 46.13 BB
      UTG: 106.3 BB

5 players post ante of 0.13 BB, SB posts SB 0.5 BB, Hero posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 2.17 BB) Hero has K:diamond: J:spade:

fold, fold, BTN calls 1 BB, SB calls 0.5 BB, Hero raises to 5 BB, BTN calls 4 BB, SB calls 4 BB

      Flop: (15.67 BB, 3 players) 4:diamond: 4:heart: K:heart:
SB checks, Hero bets 7.83 BB, fold, SB calls 7.83 BB

      Turn: (31.33 BB, 2 players) 8:spade:
      SB checks, Hero checks

      River: (31.33 BB, 2 players) 5:spade:
SB bets 13 BB, Hero calls 13 BB

It's better to bet little bit more on the flop to push turn? As I play i think that i have to call this bet on the river with TP. With an heart on the river would you call?

Pre-flop I would most likely had checked out of position against a BTN limp. We don’t want to play a big pot out of position. Also, it’s good to know what kind of player he is. Especially with a fishy SB I wouldn’t mind betting around 10bb on the flop and then you can indeed shove for less than a pot size bet on the turn. As played I would still bet around 11bb and shove on a black river for thin value.

      Cheers,

Sorry the BTN player is 72/0 and i raise this due to the type of players and if i hit something on the flop i bet if not i will probably check and control the pot. On turn you bet just for value or for protection? Here the only card that scares me is an A i think, all the others don't change the strenght of my hand.

That makes raising even more tough for me, because then I expect the BTN will call often in position. Then you waste chips I think, because we need to give up often if we end multi way and don’t hit the flop. I would bet the turn for thin value and protection off course.
