We are playing Nl2 and then I don’t bluff 3bet to often. Especially if we don’t play in position. It’s always tough to play a big pot out of position with a marginal hand post-flop. In this case I prefer calling above 3betting with a hand that played decent post-flop, but folding isn’t too bad ether.

I think in terms of an exercise in constructing different 3bet ranges to prepare for higher stakes it's fine and a T9s is component of many people's 3bet range here, for example, last time I checked PokerSnowie a while ago Snowie would flat 77 vs UTG and 66 vs MP but doesn't flat any other hands, 3B or fold only.

For maximal winrate at micros I think you're better off devising an edge by getting these playable hands to postflop scenarios and making less mistakes than your opponents.

SB vs CO I 3bet suited aces most of the time, AKo all the time, AQo, AJo sometimes, 99+ obviously, 55-88 under specific circumstances, sometimes suited broadways but it's really a function of what the BB is like more than anything, and some consideration of how loose the CO is... with most of the player pool at micros I'd rather the BB came along...

It doesn't matter too much what you do with this hand.

Snowie seems to call this about 80% of the time and fold the rest.
Personally I want to play this hand and I call it always, but any lower suited connector I would already 3bet.
And I know this is a 3bet for many guys.

So it looks like with this hand every decision is very similar in EV, so you can do whatever you like :)
