this guy is a real TAG.

He knows that the situation was just perfect for me to squeeze so he squeezed back, but I think It was pretty obvious so I shoved. I think I did play it correctly, tho like TT+,AQ+ would be better shoving range for me. but the question is consering something else.

how did he played it? can he in this spot 4bet/call AQ or must he 4bet/fold?

Normally I would think he must fold here. It depends on how he is reading you though. If he knows you have a wide range here, then it will be high variance but +ev I reckon.

Equilator gives him 34.5% against the range you suggest, so if he is reading you on that, then it's on ok call by him.

It can't be too wrong to do that with AQ.
I think it was pretty close of him, but good enough. He knows you'll often fold.

Another option would be to just call your squeeze. He's in position and has a decent hand to play on the flop

This kind of situation just depends on table dynamics and both of your table images. So i think both of your play is fine.

Fold is standard and imo better than 4-bet or call.
If you get all-in, you´re flipping against overcards or are way behind against overpairs.
