      Like veriz said - raise it preflop, KQ suited is strong enough to do so.

      After hitting the monster draw I try to get it in on the flop and 3bet to 1,8$. I expect to have as many as 18 outs here sometimes cause he can easily 3bet me with AJ or KJ.

      KQs from middle position is weak. Limping is even weaker. I'd just fold it here (KQ is so expendable). If you have to play it, raising is a much better option, but I consider that to be kind of a loose raise.

      BSS FR chart advises to overlimp KQs from mid position. Not saying that raising would be wrong but at least for basic TAG and for low limits limping is clearly a sound strategy.

      As played I think you can get it in on the flop. You have at least 54% equity if we give villain a range of any set, 2-pair, top pair good kicker, OESD and nut flush draw. Besides you might even still get him to fold with a big reraise, quite unlikely but possible.
