Assuming normal size stacks, if the three bettor is tight, I will just call preflop, because he is telegraphing AA or KK.

Under those circumstances, nothing to play for on this flop.

As played, you surely need to cbet this flop since you've 4bet preflop.

      Any special reads?

Cbet, although oop and most of the time he has an A in hand?

4bet bigger pre-flop. At the very least $8. I'd go for $10 actually. You're out of position, don't let him buy position so cheaply.

c-bet the flop for $7 - $8. He'll fold all his non-A hands. If he calls, give it up.

10$ 4bet? that makes him call for 8$ in a 13$ pot. He'd fold his AQ/JJ hands, exactly the hands bad players would play and I have an edge on... I really don't like such a stacking with QQ.

I actually wanna go broke with QQ in that spot, since I'm OOP. I really dislike playing overpairs OOP, although in a 4bet pot it's easier.

If you'll 4bet KK+ in the same amount from time to time, it's ok.
I just think you shouldn't bet this amount BECAUSE it's QQ, or attentive players will start noticing it.

Players tend to call pf a wide range of hands.
I would just b/f flop and get over it, if I know that player can shove there with JT then I´m b/c.
As played: I would call turn fold to river shove.
