      Myself I do not really like to overplay such loose players. I just wait for good moment and make them pay for their mistakes.

      If you have more hand history like that one on him, you could even call a shove. :P

      I actually think you have to go broke there against this guy. Your pot odds will be over 4:1. You know he's able to shove some really shitty hands.

      If you don't wanna go broke, then you can't c-bet, but that's gonna look really weak.

      I´d likely just call pf, once you 4-bet you should 4-bet/call and getting it all-in with 99 is not the best idea in the world.
      I´d also bet on that flop, b/f seems reasonable.
