Opponent is so passive, bet turn for value when you hit your A.

With 45 hands, I dont really rely on AF/AFq

If he has a draw, I am way infront now , if he has a 7, as well but I am worried about Ax where x>6 and a Nine..

Against unknown I would bet for value on the turn, I wouldn't be too afraid of 9 or Ax. Besides, draw will only pay you off on the turn, you can't get value out of draw on the river unless he bluffdonks and this doesn't seem likely.

On the other hand, if we include his stats despite small sample size into consideration, then he's loose passive opponent and we also value bet on the turn. :)

bet turn half pot he will maybe call with a draw or something, you would also 2nd barrel your bluffs more often then not.
