I'd be worried about the 3bet from BU who has been very passive so far. He's suddenly 3betting into a UTG2 raiser and 2 coldcallers! If I call it's possible that either or both of MP3 and CO will call too. Since I have the worst position, I'm not sure what kind of flop I'm looking for there with AKo? Even if I hit top pair it would be very difficult to proceed postflop in a multiway pot.

      Just fold IMO.

I prefer to call here, there is some dead money and you can go for the pot. But it will be harder to play if the other guys also call, they can be on set mining or something similar and your TPTK on flop can be crap. But as long you are OOP you can safely fold the hand and wait for better situation.

Consider all the dead money in the pot and that Bu is middlestack you have two options: fold or shove.
Call is the worst, because when you hit your K or A, you´re get paid by AK or get stacked by better hand
And 2/3 times you just have to c/f ui.
      So I like shove pf:
      - you see all 5 cards.
      - he could be doing that with worse hand (as squeeze)
      - he could fold AK.
      - usually doesn´t have KK, AA, so you´re flipping against all the other hands.
