This is an interesting dynamic with 2 short stacks, because on the flop we are only playing for 17,5bb effective. I expect the fishy player will play hit and run a lot here and I would make a small Cbet of 5bb and fold on a shove.

As played we are committing our self with a call, because with a call our villain has only 9,5bb left and with 9 outs for a flush I would just fold the turn with no room to move anymore.

      Cheers,

Villain is also quite committed and I would say we get the rest of his stack very often when we hit. Assuming that hitting an A or K OTR would be good sometimes, we should have just enough implied odds to make the call. But you are right, this one is close. I think folding is just fine too.

I would not make a cbet on this flop with this stack size. Board is connected and hits his limp/calling range and he may not fold enough times.
      Turn is a fold, imo.
