This following hand has me 50/50 on whether i made a bad push after his cbet with the obvious straight draw available or whether it was a bad call by the villan.

I think you must push, as played, given that you have overpair. I mean, you would play the same way with AA, KK, QQ.

Even if he has OESD, that's 5:1, but based on your push at the flop,

      $1.70+$1.20+$2.50:$1.30 = $5.40:$1.30 = around 4:1

so, the odds are still -ev for him I believe, esp. since you are all-in and he wont' be able to extract any more value from this hand even if he hits his draw.

      Cheers,

      William

      Hi Bu11dog,

Against an OESD you have 66% equity, against overpair 90% and against Ax also like 82%

BB can call and donk with a wide variety of hands so dont mind of him having A2 or 76

      Shove accordingly,
      Gerv

PS your Potsize is wrong with BBs and stuff, strange

      Hey guys,

Thanks for all the responses as you helped to clear up the doubts i was having about this one. I really need to improve on my maths i think :D

@ Gerv - I noticed with th pot being in BB as well but its only started happening since i used the new PokerStrategy hand convertor. Weird indeed.

      Regards,

      -Steve
