I had a similar hand today a guy set mined my 3bet button vs SB same preflop bet sizing and everything i was also stacked my QQ vs his 44 on a J4x board two suits.

In my case i contemplated if i could get away from the hand when he shoved over my c-bet but due to history (the previous day i got it all in pre with my AK vs AQ for button vs sb right a few hands after i stacked him with 1010 when he slowplayed AA) i decided i was ahead of his range.

But anyway in your case i think you can find a fold as there is JJ, QQ that might have slowplayed preflop and in this situation you're either flipping or you are toast.

Essentially a hand like 33 or 44 is basically set mining even in position as on so many flops they can't continue. So they are calling 5 to win your stack of 50 which are terrible odds (doesn't some article suggest 15 to 1 minimum?), considering sometimes you are 3 betting light so they have no implieds, sometimes an overcard flops and you are bet/folding anyway, sometimes you both flop a set or you suckout, so in other words their play is losing in the long run.

if you 3-bet wider than just TT+, AK, then he can´t call, since he has tofold a lot of times even if you for example has there 54 and flop comes 28T.
If you 3-bet tight and he´d expect you to stack off every time with overpair, then his line is probably fine (although I don´t like it).
Depends a lot how wide is your 3-bet range
