      SB: $2 (100 bb)
      BB: $6.63 (331.5 bb)
      UTG: $2.76 (138 bb)
      MP: $2.55 (127.5 bb)
      Hero (CO): $3.48 (174 bb)
      BTN: $2.15 (107.5 bb)

Preflop: Hero is CO with :Js: :Ad:
2 folds, Hero raises to $0.05, BTN calls $0.05, 2 folds

      Flop: ($0.13) :As: :7s: :Qd: (2 players)
Hero bets $0.09, BTN calls $0.09

      Turn: ($0.31) :Jd: (2 players)
Hero bets $0.23, BTN raises to $0.69, Hero calls $0.46

      River: ($1.69) :9d: (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $1.32 and is all-in, Hero ?

His Raise OTT does not really tell m that he has the Flush and of course we have the A in diamonds but on the River there arrive so many draws...can we call here with 2 Pair?!

      $1.69 pot ($0.06 rake)
Final Board: :As: :7s: :Qd: :Jd: :9d:
Hero mucked :Js: :Ad: and lost (-$0.83 net)
BTN mucked and won $1.63 ($0.80 net)

I think it is close. But this is NL2 where I think players don't raise as a bluff that often, especially OTT. Because I suspect his turn raise was already quite strong and now some more draws complete, I think you can make that fold.
But this is just based on my read on the player pool at lower limits and my gut feeling. Some others might think that villain will have bluffs often enough and we should call, and that is totally fine. In the end, it is up to you to decide how you think most of the guys play here :)

I just lose my stack on turn here (meaning jamming for value) :f_smile:

Well they can have it here or everywhere else, too...saw some bluffs but mainly they play pretty honest. So I think the fold is fine but wasn't really sure about it

Turn raise plus river bet - just fold that river and move on.

My population read is that players at NL2 don't bluff raise turn. Sometimes you can find some crazy guy who bluffs on that spot, but generally these movements are quite strong. On the river I think it's an easy fold.
