I passed the quiz and sent you a copy of my ID as I was approached with a security check on Februaty 10th, but I still did not receive my starting capital. Can you help me?

It does not seem like the support has processed your ID information yet. Are you sure you sent it to security@pokerstrategy.com from the e-mail address you signed up with? If not please re-send it - or contact or support staff via the ticket system (http://www.pokerstrategy.com/help/).
Thanks, it seems like the attachment with my ID photos was not included in my first reply. I re-sent the mail making sure the attachment is included this time.
