1,6$ is 16bb and imo it is rather to low to play sss properly :)
      Nevertheless, your push was ok.

No push is right because standard strategy says that you should ReRaise with AK+,JJ+

      Best regards,

Standard strategy says you go all-in after one raise, so you should read basic articles more carefully, because there was a change in strategy.

"Which starting hands do you play?

There are few hands you can play when an opponent raises in front of you. The following chart shows you which hands you can go all-in with.
      When
      you go all-in with...
exactly one opponent raised in front of you.
JJ, QQ, KK, AA, and AK
more than one opponent raised in front of you.
      KK and AA
      an opponent reraised behind you.
TT, JJ, QQ, KK, AA, and AK "

But I do not see 2 raises in front of you? And I 'expect' players to know to fold QQ,JJ,AK if one sees 2 raises in front of you ? :)

Hey guys, you are confusing me now...

Gerv, when you so said "No push is right because standard strategy says that you should ReRaise with AK+,JJ+" you are agreeing that OP's push was correct, I think? Please confirm.

(Because you said "No push..." maybe some people thought you meant: 'don't push all in'.)

      Hope that makes sense.

      Tim

P.S. OP, I think your play was fine. The articles tell you to rebuy when you hit $1.5, so imho it's ok to play hands with $1.6. Otherwise you have to keep topping up all the time which is a hassle when you're multitabling.

      That whats I though :)
Gerv you should say: "No, push..."

About rebuys - when you keep 2$ in stack all the time you simply maximalize your income.

      Yeah sorry about my interpunction.

I answered his main question of OP:
Was my all in push wrong?
No, the push {you did} was right because standard strategy says that you should ReRaise with AK+,JJ+

      does this make sense?
