      Known players:
      Position:
      Stack
      Hero:
      $4.40
      BB:
      $9.75

      0.1/0.25 No-Limit Hold'em (9 handed)
Hand recorder used for this poker hand: PokerStrategy Elephant 0.67 by www.pokerstrategy.com.

Preflop: Hero is SB with K:spade: , T:club:
7 folds, Hero raises to $1.00, BB calls $0.75.

      Flop: ($2.00) 2:heart: , 5:spade: , 3:spade: (2 players)
      Hero bets $1.90, BB folds.

      Final Pot: $3.90

Not sure why I decided to bet this hand. Feel free to shout. Once the flop comes, is my contibet with overcards correct. (Or is the whole play just idiotic?) :)

I wouldn't bet this flop if I felt the BB was at all tight PFsince neither Ax (gut-shot+ovecards etc) or any PP (OESD+Pair,OP or set) are likely to fold. If the BB has a wide enough range PF then you are likely to have the best hand on the flop (as well as PF).

Ok, that sounds about right. Thanks.

Given that I've just come up to this level, and have no stats on anyone, I guess it's probably safest to just fold PF, since I can't know whether BB is tight or not.

      Cheers

      Hi Tim64,

No Stats = No Steal because you can guess whatever you want whether your opponent is tight or loose, in the end you only will lose money with guessing ;)

As played, a 2/3 potsized cbet is sufficient

      Best regards,
      Gerv
