      Hmmm,
Pre-flop: bet more 0,16/0,20 should be ok, that's because you have positional disadvantage and with such stats, he'll probably call anyway so you want to charge him for getting position against you. (Also it's ok to win a small pot instead of losing big one)
Flop: bet more 0,18 to the pot of 0,26 should be ok. What do you want to achieve on here, pot control or get commited and play for stacks? if second then your 3bet is too small too, if i'd choose to 3bet here my bet size would be smth like 1,10
If you play for pot control then just call him.
Turn: It's ok to bet here after he calls you, but i think again you should bet more. As played, it's ok to fold after he pushes.

Preflop: You can even raise more something like $0.24, because of being out of position.
Flop: Bet near pot and also I would consider to raise bigger here.
Turn: Bet something like $1.20 and fold to a raise.

      +1

Clear fold here, even if he was trying to raise you on the flop with a 10 the 10 now beats you.
