At what point would we have to give credit to the villain for a jack?

Say if the villain pushed over our check raise would we consider ourselves ahead or behind in the hand?

People will stack off with PPs lower then your kings, most people never even consider folding a boat at nl10. If you start being afraid of quads and fold everytime this situation arise you'll probably leave a lot of value behind.

Unless you have a good read on a player and know he's tight enough to fold a boat here i would treat this as the nuts heads-up against an unknown and stack off if possible.
