      hi
usualy i continue beting that turn unless i have some realy good read that he will bet when i check ( i will bet that turn with my air hands too very often so i can balance it )
as played i am beting river when he checks behind turn. if he doesnt have a strong hand a lot of times he will check it behind or fold it to a check raise anyhow and you will get the same value as beting yourself or lose some when he check it
+ if you bet your self and he rivered some 2 pair hand he will probably raise it hisself and you can shove if you want
