      history is always good here .
      2 pair hands arent in his range and on that dry board a lot of players just call with a set or a pair . the Q on the turn makes it less likely for him to have it
      . i am inclined in calling the turn bet and folding if he bets river again
      depends a lot if you feel he will try to make a move against you on that dry board because of game flow and recent history with you or if he is the kind of player that just looks at his cards and decides to raise cuz he likes them ( in that case i am more inclined to fold the turn but not sure if i do it :D )
