Pre Flop: (pot: 2.03 BB) Hero has K:diamond: K:spade:

CO calls 1 BB, BTN calls 1 BB, Hero raises to 6 BB, fold, fold, BTN calls 5 BB

      Flop: (14.53 BB, 2 players) Q:club: Q:spade: 3:heart:
      Hero checks, BTN checks

      Turn: (14.53 BB, 2 players) 8:spade:
Hero bets 7.27 BB, BTN raises to 14.53 BB, Hero calls 7.27 BB

      River: (43.6 BB, 2 players) 9:heart:
      Hero checks, BTN checks

On the flop i decided to check because on this board or he had a Qx and call or all the other hands just fold. But on the turn i have to value bet but then he raises so i decided to just call in spite of being commited on the river because if i shove what hands i beat here? On the river oop i don't know if i should bet for value or try to check-call.

      Cumps ;)

The BTN is a fish based on stats and then I would still value bet for sure on the flop and if he has a Q it’s unlucky against someone that could still call with random pairs on flop, turn and even the river sometimes.

I like the preflop bet size.
On the flop we can easily bet, if he has Qx ... so be it. But calling 5bb pre it means he has something that he somehow likes. I also tend to bet to charge random pocket pairs that can get lucky on the turn.

His turn min raise could be considered strong - if he knew what his was doing . But with 44/5 that does not seem that possible.

I also like your check - call approach as we probably don't want to go on a bet/fold situation here.
