The Co is a maniac 88/54 in 100 hands.
I am in SB and i raise the limper. he calls.
The flop is good for me so i bet half pot, he call.
i think he can have something like Ax 9x 2x guthot like 34 53 54 maybe middle pairs like 88 77 66 TT and sometiemes set.
The turn is a 9 that is the worse card for me but i bet again and he calls again, that i dont like that he call so maybe he can have something like Ax 9x some flushdraws like k2s q2s 53s something like that and maybe fullhouse.
An the river is a Q so is not a good card i think , i prefer something like 7 ,because if he has a A we Split the pot, and i decided to check and he bet half pot and i fold. But how do you play the hand?? Do you prefer to do check-call en turn? do you prefer bet in river? do you prefer check-call?

Villain seems to be raising quite much pre flop so now that he limp calls he probably has a weak hand. Or then he slowplayed something strong. I would still probably make a small bet OTR and fold if he raises.

Why are you betting top pair on a dry board on the turn when you dislike when you get called?
And its true that the 9 is probably the worst card but that doesnt really change things. You still have good showdown hand.

From those 2 reasons for your bet I gathered this: "The turn is the worst card for my hand, so I should turn one of the best hands I can check-call with into a bluff and then if I get called I should give up".

I hope you see the flaw in this logic yourself. The focus in this hand should be on the turn. :)

About the river - even if you ask the best players in the world they probably wouldnt give you a good advice because they dont allow themselves to get into this kind of spots. Im willing to agree with your fold because maniacs like to float the dry flops with all kinds of shits but fold the shitty part on the turn when you bet. But if you check they will probably bluff with all their floats, thus we should be letting them gift us their money with a check-call. =)

Yep bet folding, betting like half pot and fold to reraise. As played i would call the river against someone like that.
