      BB:
      $5.61
      UTG2:
      $5.31

      $0.02/$0.05 No-Limit Hold'em (8 handed)

Preflop: Hero is SB with T, A.
6 folds, Hero raises to $0.18, BB raises to $0.35, Hero folds, BB gets uncalled bet back.

      Final Pot: 5.00 BB.

I got good hand for preflop, so i bet 20.
then i got reraised. For the same amount of money that i started game with, i can continue to play.
when i can call this little reraise,
      what hand should i have

You can't just ask here with what hand can I continue to play. You also should ask yourself, does he put you on a steal if yes then with what does he raise you. Or if he raises you here and is not putting on a steal then what's his range. It wouldn't be a mistake to call here once & revalue flop but I would rather recommend you to fold the hand and play something like AJ+ here. It's pretty hard to play out of position with ATs for beginners.
