      $0.02 NL - Holdem - 9 players

      Hero (CO): 117 BB
      BTN: 50 BB (VPIP: 33.33, PFR: 33.33, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 3)
      SB: 100 BB (VPIP: 15.80, PFR: 8.80, 3Bet Preflop: 2.56, Hands: 1,885)
      BB: 57 BB (VPIP: 0.00, PFR: 0.00, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 16)
      UTG: 100.5 BB (VPIP: 30.19, PFR: 3.77, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 53)
      UTG+1: 100 BB (VPIP: 0.00, PFR: 0.00, 3Bet Preflop: -, Hands: 7)
      MP: 100 BB (VPIP: 22.60, PFR: 15.62, 3Bet Preflop: 4.58, Hands: 667)
      MP+1: 126.5 BB (VPIP: 28.57, PFR: 2.91, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 105)
      MP+2: 115.5 BB (VPIP: 22.46, PFR: 12.80, 3Bet Preflop: 2.99, Hands: 812)

SB posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has A:heart: 5:heart:

From BU, I think I'd 3-betted. From CO, I don't know if the best line here is to simply fold this hand.
BTW, I don't know how to classify MP. He plays more hands than I'd would expect from a TAG at a fullring table, but not too many as a calling station and more aggressively as well.

fold, fold, MP raises to 2.5 BB, fold, fold, Hero calls 2.5 BB, fold, fold, fold

      Flop: (6.5 BB, 2 players) K:heart: 9:heart: J:spade:
I think I could only call here if his cbet stats in too high or if I have any reads on him being loose postflop or having a hard time trying to separate from his tps and overpairs...
Otherwise, I shouldn't call large cbets here, even in position.

MP bets 4 BB, Hero calls 4 BB

      Turn: (14.5 BB, 2 players) 6:club:
      MP bets 8 BB, fold

      MP wins 14 BB

I would prefer 3-bet instead of flat.
I wouldn't fold OTT. You need 26% - you don't have as much, but if you hit, I don't think he can ever fold hands like 99, JJ, KK, AA, AK, KJ, QT. I believe you have implied odds here but the key is a perfect sizing OTR when hits.
