Hero bets T12,000, BTN raises to T1,080,000, hero??

Villain has been on a heater at final table. This is the second hand of HU. A few times he has made huge overbet shoves on flop that were uncalled.

Decent turn card. Do we go for it here? Seems he has likely a lot of draws that he would do this with. And maybe some top pair / two pair kinds of hands?

I think I have a skill advantage against this player and so maybe trying to win this all in one hand is a mistake? Also, he had a $99 bounty that I would win if I took him out.

      Payouts, not including the bounty:
      First place: $168
      Second place: $126

Hero calls T589,315 (all-in), Uncalled bet of T478,685 returned to BTN

      River: Q:heart: (T1,229,630, 2 players, 1 all-in)

      Total Pot: T1,229,630
Hero shows 5:club: 8:club: (a straight, Five to Nine)
BTN shows 8:diamond: T:heart: (a flush, Ace high)

      BTN wins T1,229,630

The bounty wouldn’t be a factor for me now when you are the short stack and HU your only goal is to win the tournament anyway. Tough to give him credit for a flush and a straight is almost always the best hand here and I would go for it.

      Cheers,
