Pfr: UTG+1 is a poster?? If so, make it .25 preflop

Flop: Raise more. Raising to half pot size doesn't make sense, you're raising for value and protection here. I make it .40 or .50

Turn: I play raise/fold, but raise more. Once again, much more than half pot size. Raise/fold because fish like to raise turn with monsters, and I don't think any 1-pair hand will raise the turn.

River: If you followed my line you will probably have less than potsize left, so go ahead and shove it, and hope for KJ to call :P

      Preflop: Raise $0.25.
      Flop: Raise more, near pot.
Turn: Once again, raise more, near pot.
River: It's ok to call here.
