What would be the best play on turn? Just call his tiny bet or raise it and fold to his reraise?

I would just call on the turn. On the turn you do not have to protect and can hardly raise for value. If he has a made flush or a set, you are beaten and if he is drawing to flush you are drawing to the better one.
If unimproved, I would c/c the river and lead out if improved to flush.
