      You should fire second barrel on the turn. By betting ($3) you would likely achieve cheap showdown. By your checking behind, villain may fire out with any range. It is a hard spot on the river... I might consider a fold.

      I´d also likely just b/f turn and take free showdown.
      When they fire pot, they likely have bluff or nuts- here I´d call, since he can´t really have here too many times nuts (77, 33, 99, 44)- and likely he holds flushdraw.
      He shouldn´t bet pot on the river with 9x, 7x
