OK so here's the deal: I've just played about 50k hands of NL50SH (5max tables) and I'm looking for a bit of feedback on how to open up a bit more, since I think I'm a bit too tight. I've made about 2.1BB/100 but this is mainly due to the fact that my big hands don't get payed off and I'd like to work on this. So here's the stats:

      VPIP: 17.19
      PFR: 14.04
      WTSD: 26.08
      W%SD: 55.44
      AF: 2.9
      AFq: 46.08
      3Bet: 5.30
      Fold to 3Bet: 76.87
      Att to steal: 22.45
      Fold BB to steal: 85.86
      Fold SB to steal: 89.33

Stats are taken from Poker Tracker 3. Hope u look this over and leave a comment on what to change with these stats.

      Thanks in advance! :)

I am sure someone with more experience and knowledge than myself will come along soon and tell you that your VPIP and PFR are both too low even for 6-max, let alone 5-max, but the gap between them is ok

And maybe defend your blinds a bit more, and steal a bit more

2.1PTBB/HH at NL50 isnt bad though - I wouldnt be looking to make any radical changes from there, just fine tuning things

Don't try to change your game just to achieve any "stats" if your winning money with the style you play.

I'm playing around 18/14 6max NL10 SH so i def. think that 17/14 is a bit tight for 5 max. But anyway as long as you feel comfortable with this style go on and milk the fishes.

Imo you need to be a little bit more aggressive preflop and for sure a little bit more aggressive postflop.
You steal is small. You can play even 33+ here.
And you fold very much from the blinds. It is profitable to steal you with any two.

      Best regards,
      Kukki

P.S. Give AFq, Flop and Turn Cbet, Fold to flop, turn cbet, WWSF

You AFq is to big. 32-37 is standard Imo 33-34 optimal
You need to cbet more. 70-75% Flop and 40-45% Turn
and you are not folding enough. Around 60% is good.
W$WSF can be a little bit bigger...

Hm but that is a bit contradicting, isn't it? I mean if I'll be CBeting the flop and turn more doesn't that mean that my AFq will go up?

Also I take it's ok to raise with any two if I'm the first to act on the BU?

And one other question, I fold a lot of my pocket pairs to 3Bets, especially if the 3bet is more then 12BB bigger of my original raise (happens if I open from CO for 3.5BB, BU calls then BB often reraises to 15BB+), is it OK to fold this? (I always folded hands like 22-77, sometimes 4Bet 99-JJ but u just get into hard spots so often if u only get called with overcards on the flop and if ur CBet gets called ...)

Hi, overall your stats are a bit tight for 5max. On 6max 18/16-20/17 are ideal stats. So 5way I think 22/20 to 24/21 are ideal.

WTSD: 26.08 (fine, 26-28 is good)
      W%SD: 55.44 (should be a little higher with only 26wtsd, 58-60)
      AF: 2.9 (fine)
AFq: 46.08 (fine, definately in 5max)
3Bet: 5.30 (ok, but 5max could be a little more)
      Fold to 3Bet: 76.87 (fine)
Att to steal: 22.45 (way too low, 5max i'd aim for 35-40)
Fold BB to steal: 85.86 (fine)
Fold SB to steal: 89.33 (fine)

      AFq: 46.15 (see above)
CbetF: 64.41 (try to get it close to 70)
CbetT: 33.06 (40-45 as kukkiwon said is better)
W$WSF: 40.82 ( too low, try to get it up to 44)

      ===================================
Just some reference material from me, my last 49k hands (6max):

      Total Hands: 49174
BB Won Per 100 Hands: 3.79

      VPIP: 17.32
      PFR: 15.05
      WTSD: 28.49
      W%SD: 57.66
      AF: 2.60
      AFq: 48.51
      3Bet: 5.4
      Fold to 3Bet: 78.6
      Att to steal: 34.05
      Fold BB to steal: 83.35
      Fold SB to steal: 89.06

      CbetF: 68.23
      CbetT: 44.26
      W$WSF: 44.44

Would like some comments too on my stats :)

      3Bet: 5.30 - nit!!!!!!!!!!!!
Fold to 3Bet: 76.87 - against nits like you it's ok. Against me you should have something like 65%
Att to steal: 22.45 - ???? I have like double that much ^^
Fold BB to steal: 85.86 - little bit too much
Fold SB to steal: 89.33 - little bit too much
