How do I handle this spot?
Reraise flop or crying fold OTT?
      any alternative lines?

He represents very thin here. 99 only ? With 140bb Effective he might as well have 33.

In fact, I've noticed that many players at PS nl10 pool take the same line with AK. They are afraid to 4bet because they might get called and miss the flop and when they are pushed they have to call but are never in a lead.

I guess exploit fold on the turn with AQ is ok. Ak must be a call down though for 100 BB.
