Should I go directly all in on the flop after his raise, or is my re-raise good?
Preflop i know i should raise pocket pairs when i am first in but at this limit you got so many callers that i think it's ok to mix-it.

preflop: dont open limp from early position, either openraise or play call20/fold

flop: you are committing more than half your stack by raising, so just shove it to protect from flushdraw etc
