      Hi AMN86,

      If you have passed the quiz and picked your choice of poker room and opened up the account with the correct code then check your e-mail inbox as well as the spam folder to see if you have an e-mail from support requesting an id check. Also check your customer support tickets on this site to see if you have any there.

      It can also sometimes 4 clear working days for the money to be released in to your account.

      Failing all this you can write a ticket to support and ask them to review your case and see what the delay is.
