Preflop: Hero is SB with 8, Q.
      MP2 calls $0.02, MP3 calls $0.02, CO calls $0.02, BU calls $0.02, Hero raises to $0.15, 4 folds, BU calls $0.13.

Can i squeeze all those players because I am in position?

In this limit squeeze is way way out of the question. Squeeze is usually made when smbdy raises somebody cold calls and then u 3-bet.

In this situation this is horrible. Just wait for AA and stuff like that.

Not usually , but always :P That`s where the term comes from.

This is not a good spot for this ever and like timukasr said don`t think about squezing in these limits. When attempting a squeeze you count on your fold equity witch on NL2 doesnt exist.
