I would like some input from some1 who attepted/ cleared the bonus. How hard is it to clear ? Do you have enough tables to play ?

I am planning on depositing 600-650$ and start NL25 playing 6 - 8 tables if possible. The question is ... is the bonus doable at those limits/tables considering I have about 5-8 hours of playing a day but only have about 16-20 days top / month.

And another thing , what kind of tracking can I use ? Is elephant an option ?

hey, check out the other thread about everest bonus clearance for more details.

its doable. during low traffic time (lowest i saw is 1-2k players), i sometimes play on NL10-50 tables all together. during peak time (25k), finding tables is not too much of a problem.

its better if you can move up to NL50, you'll clear bonus w/o any probs.

elephant works on everest. but problem i had is sometimes the stats arent around the correct player (like moved a few places to the left/right).

havent gotten reply fr elephant forum yet. i was going to ask gerv (one of our coaches) bec he plays a lot on everest as well. want to share data? i have 9k hands on NL10-50 fr feb-march 2009.

So any point in attempting it ? I could make the deposit maybe up to 800 but still NL25 would be my start limit. I can grind hard about 10h per day but only 20 days like I said. Rest of the time maybe 2-3 hours / day. And I could go up to 9-12 tables if interface is friendly enough

And what about the points. I read you get 1 point for 1$ in rake but you only have to be dealt in the hand. So say I fold preflop , two guys get all in pot gets 3$ raked that means 3 points. Do I get the full 3 points even if I didn`t contributed to the pot at all ?

i dont know what the rake to points deal is. but indeed you can fold away to clearing the bonus. you get points continuously just sitting there. great for SSS players like me. 10k points is a bit of a stretch for NL25 i think.

You get 3 points if rake is $3 ( so pot must be at least >$60)

Dont try it on NL25 even with your volume, I thinK SSS is the way to go for the 10k points = $1k but even then: You have to play on every table between Nl50-Nl200

450 hands on NL50 FR is like 125 points with 95% accuracy

      Best regards,
      Gerv

If I were to switch to SSS for the bonus , how much do I have to adapt my play ? I used to SSS a little bit loosish than charts but bassically ABC SS on NL10 and NL20 on partypoker. How much would I have to adapt giving the level of play for SS NL50-Nl100 on the site.

Nl100 FR is a bit trappy
Nl200 FR is a joke with a combination of tight passive TAGs and Insane Fishes
Nl50 FR is just soft and easy beatable

I suggest you join some SSs coachings (intermediate of Ingolpoker & Advanced of Xarry) to get a feeling how SSS is going above the basic SHC ;)
