Take your time, as you are new to poker, you really should read andre-read the articles until you understand and take them in.

If you fail the next time, try out the scenarios at a play money table, although the competition there won't be standard as you have many idiots, you may be able to visulize the points outlined in the articles.

All the answers that you need ARE in the articles. So patience and persiverence are key.

Good luck I hope you suceed! If you are struggling with maybe the comcept of a certain disipline of poker maybe try the easier guidelines set out in the limit poker section? I started here when I came to this site and I started my bankroll building there too, and only moved to No limit after understanding the articles.

      Hi mate.
Best not to just rush headlong into the quiz thinking you know all the answers, tried that myself first time.
Read the strategy articles first. Apart from giving you the information you need to pass the quiz, you will also find that in both the short and long term they are an invaluable source of information.
If you follow the guidelines they will definately make you a better poker player.
The worst thing you can do is just pass the test and blow the money without following the basic Bank Roll Management advice and strategy tips.
This is not just a give away but an investment designed to improve your game and make you a winning player long term.
You will find the community really friendly and helpful.
Make sure you look at and use the sections for posting sample hands. Not only will you get opinions and advice from regular players but a professional judge will let you know what you did right or wrong etc.
Good luck and make the most of this opportunity.

      Well Done and Good Luck!

I am actually strongly against ShortStacking for people that already know the basics like you maybe do, as the lowest limit is the best place to learn Big Stack Play with little risk attached and it will pay off in the future (unless you want to stay at SSS in long term, i.e. you are a pussy ;o).

Buy in for 100 Big Blinds, Have 30Buy-ins before adding more money at tables and start opening with short stack hands and gradually increase the range to the BSS Pokerstrategy chart and beyond.

Its easy to be a winner with tight range on lowest limit, which lets you experience many flop+ situations which you wouldn't experience otherwise (Shortstackers rarely move to lowest micro limit when they were shortstacking NL10 for a month)

But If you are a complete beginner or impatient person than GL at NL10 with SSS.

Welcome at Pokerstrategy and give us updates on how you are doing!

      lol..nah , i aint no pussy
ima just start from the bottom an work my way up..set my self a challenge in the sit n go's using the 2% rule.. the only annoying thing is when you get beat by 23o on the turn an river to my kk..why call my all in with 23?? is it because in lower limit games there less expierenced , so they know F all about EV , table positon etc is that why people play with shite so to spk..how can i improve my game when theres stupid players on the table..lol can u tell im annoyed!!
      i sound like hellmuth.
