I have lots of spots like this one. Well, I know you should not call too many 3bets oop but the price is really good and some 3bets are kinda loose..

I usually 4bet just AA and against loose 3bets AKK and some no-gapped or bottom-single-gapped ds rundowns like JT97ds and stack off against a 5bet because my equity against AA is decent and I dominate villains flatcalling range. Sometimes against also premium KK like KK76ds because that hand also has like 40% equity against bare AAxx and I dominate his flat-callin range ip hard in terms of raw-equity and it is easy to play on a lot of boards.

Don't say: It is PLO2, 3-bets are 100% AA... on Zoom thats just not true.

What hands would you defend here? I guess non-paired and double-paired, double suited hands, that are somewhat connected? How much gaps can I have?
Is a very gapped hand like this one ok? Or must it be a rundown with 1-2 gaps like KQ97ds. Which single-suited hands are good enough to call? Which double-pairs? Which mdef% is reasonable on micros? Or just fold everything but AA?

      :f_smile:

Pre-flop seems like a decent call with a double suited hand and on the flop you can only fold I think.

      Cheers,

When you have opened, and someone 3bets, you fold super crappy hands like trips and non-coordinated pocket pairs. And pretty much call with the rest. Especially at micros where most of the 3bets are AA/KK and people overplay them a lot.

I have been playing for months the way like you tell me. That's my graph for hands where someone flatcalls a 3bet. How much Im supposed to lose? I usually checkraise gii or bet-bet allin when he is passive, when I hit a piece of the board that gives me at least around 40% vs AA like a toppair or flushdraw. They usually bet-call. Vs twopair or set mathematically Im committed at SPR 2-3 against their wide ranges oop but I have the feeling they outflop me all the time when I have AA by myself.

Ive done a calculation, if I raise-fold vs 3bet 100% I also lose 100 buyin over 3k hands so Im probably doing something wrong..

Is that where you call 3bet? When you open and fold to 3bet always, winrate is -350bb/100. If that graph is from when you open and call 3bet, you have problems in those spots.

yes. but you sure you would call all the hands you mentioned? I feel that I have to overfold flops because the range performs kinda bad when it is so wide and capped especially oop it is hard to realize equity without rocketing the variance

Of course not. I am just saying that if you do worse than -350bb/100 then you have some serious issues in your game.
