      Bet flop for sure. If he has a hand he will raise you and you get more value. I don`t see him trying any bluffs in 3bet pot with K and J out there . This way you are just giving a free card to clubs or maybe AQ type of hands.

      Hope you learned from this :) . Donkchecking is suspicious, and if they do check behind, you give away a free card to gssd and FD.

      Bet flop and hope he has AK and you stack him. Bad spot to give away free cards.

      You´re not really checking there a lot of your 3-bet range, so imo you should bet flop for value and hope that he has Kx or draw and would continue his hands.
