Preflop: Isolate or just fold! And also isolation would be a bit too loose.
Flop: Calling once and reevaluating turn.
Turn: Bet/Fold. Check/Raise twice is a way too strong for me, definitely a set or even better.

I have putted this in the equilator, but im not sure if its realistic and maybe a bit too loose....

      the hands I give him are: 22-TT, AcTc-Ac6c, Ac3c, 76, 65, 62, 52, 43, 32.

On that range you have 55%

But I agree to veriz, definetly the preflop limp ( didnt notice it :P )
And maybe he is right about the turn too, let a hand judge judge this hand imo. :)

I also like to raise pf.
I think you should bet the turn and since pot is not that big, then you can fold to shove.
