I tried to squeeze but got 1 caller. On turn standard cbet but it was little smaller because he was mid stack and I wanted to look strong. On turn I gave up but on river I knew he didn't had Q because he would bet it and I tryed to represent AK. Should I check/fold river too or was bluff a proper move

Preflop: I don't like your squeeze vs so many callers. I'd prefer to fold there. Also because of such calling stations it's no point to squeeze with such hand.
As played: You can give a try and barrel on flop but if he is calling then I am giving up on next streets so Check/Fold Turn & River.

There is no point of squeezing marginal hands OOP vs calling stations. I'd call the miniraise and wait to flop big.
As played, flop and turn are ok. River bet is ok too, given his WTSD. Make a note and go on, such players will pay off huge when you have it.

      Best regards,
