(1 folds), polarop raises to $1.75, (3 folds), HERO calls $1.25

      Flop: ($3.75) T:diamond: Q:heart: Q:club: (2 Players)

HERO bets $18, polarop raises to $56.25 and is all-in, HERO calls $25.95 and is all-in, polarop returns $12.30

Is it a good flop to make a move? On the turn, I must continue, right?

      Unfortunatelly, I hit the river.

Yes its a good board to make a move, but:

Your raise size on the flop is too small, always raise atleast 3* the original bet.

Turn follow-up bet I would bet harder too: 9$-10$

Since you´re representing so small part and likely you get floated with overpair,Qx and sometimes overcards then I´d just c/f flop.
If you´re going to c/r, make it at least 7$, then yo have fold equity, if called I´d just c/fr turn, since your fold equity is not that great.
