I 3bet KK after 2 villain just standard to make both call. Sometimes I add 3 bb more for the extra player but they fold too much.
The overcaller I set his range mostly poket pairs looking for set value and some suited broadways, maybe AQ AJ but I don't think so.

The momment he calls my flop bet, He may already be ahead with set and as I block the draws like KJ, I decided to just check for pot control and let his bluffs in for river. Once the T doubles and he checks, he may still have Q, like AQ or QJ so I decide to value bet hard 3/4 pot to xtract big from his hand and fold to a raise given the case. His call is just terrible but what I am asking is if I should've bet turn and river then smaller or my approach is good. I wanted to avoid a check/raise OTT.

I would most likely 3bet even more like 12bb pre-flop and on the flop you can easy bet more than half pot for value and protection. On turn I would bet most of the time for value and protection as well. As played the river bet seems standard.

Absolutely a bigger squeeze preflop. Also you can go a bit bigger OTF.
You should not use small sizings just to get as many guys in the pot as possible. Yes you have a strong hand but the more players you invite in the pot and the more free/cheap cards you get, the better you make sure someone will outdraw you.
      I would also bet OTT.

Squeeze bigger pre as already said, and cbet at least half pot. This is not a flop texture on which you wanna go 1/3.
The turn check is weird, you still have a ton of value.

Im probably double barreling with decent sizes and evaluate OTR.
With the turn check, I like the river bet. A Queen is probably calling here.
