Weird stats for BB. Could be any damn thing.

We cant rule out a FH or 4-oak here, but against a 53-0 (even only 19h sample) im already pegging this guy as a live one and trying to felt him every time I hit TP+. Shove river. Far more often you are splitting or beating 1p / 2p / exposed trips than losing here.

I'd make value bet and fold to raise.

      Preflop: ok
Flop: I would raise to 0.8, 0.6 is so small in relation to the pot before the flop
Turn: Nice bet, you want value
River: What? I would put the rest of his money all in anyday :D there isn't much money left for him anyway, and I'd have to have a really good read on him to put him on AA, KK, QQ or TT enough here to make a shove unprofitable. Actually I don't think I'd ever get such a read and would just shove anyway!

I think I was playing 1 or 2 other hands simultaneously when I got this hand and hence the small flop raise and no river bet. Wasnt totally focused.

      Preflop: OK.
      Flop: Raise to ~$1.
Turn: You don't have to bet exactly pot because it will look like you have the nuts already, ~$1.70.
      River: Bet for value.
