Should I raise the river or bet into it? Was afraid that villain hit set to be honest.

      Preflop: OK.
Flop: Bet bigger, ~$1.70. You have to protect from flushdraw and also from straightdraw and maybe from an Ace.
      Turn: Betting ~$4.
      River: OK.

I'd actually bet pot on the flop here. This is just the kind of messy board bad players on NL20SH like and can't give up if they're drawing. After the flop pot bet I'd bet 4.5$-5$ on the turn/folding to a shove and on a dry river card prolly check/call the river (depending on stats/reads).

As played I like the turn bet, river I'd make it 5$ or maybe even more. If the guy had more then a pair on the turn he'd likely play back at u there so I only see u being behind rarely.
