this is a intresting hand i played today and would like some comments as to why you should push and why you should fold this hand,?

If you plug these numbers into sitngo wiz it will tell you to fold this hand.
is this a good spot for a -EV shove.? or should you fold?
nash say's over push with 4.2% range EV DIF: -0.11/12.14 99+,AQs+,AKo(MIN VALUE
I cant cold call cos SB is regular TAG and will prob squeeze here if he smells weakness,or the blinds will get odds to see a cheap flop. or should the line be 3-bet /fold to shove here, has i have 17 BB and not exactly in trouble ?
i was thinking that if UTG called the push and i won this -EV shove,UTG would be crippled (stack-wise) and i would be in a good position on the bubble.
having some good results lately trying this kind of approach. Today this one didnt work but will keep looking for spots like this.finally i'd like to say great call from UTG EV DIF : 0.07 genius or donk ? ;)
